With 12,000 rank in AEEE, and belonging to the state of Andhra Pradesh, you might unfortunately not be able to get a seat in any of the three campuses. Usually the other states closing rank is around 9k and hence it might not be possible for you to get a seat in any of the three campus in any branch.
