Hello candidate. As you mentioned that your rank is 12000 under BC-D category, it is difficult for you to get CSE in CBIT, VASAVI,MVSR, VNR,GOKARAJU RANGARAJU,VARDHAMAN colleges. Your rank is too high when compared to previous year cutoff ranks. Better go for another colleges or try for another branch as your rank is good.

With your rank you won't get cse branch in any college that are mentioned above.. You have chances luckto get cse in  2 nd round in vardhaman college as the cut off for cse for bc-d is 11k



However you may get other branches like inf, eee, ece
