I got 1207 rank in vitmee will i get vellor campus for M tech in mechanical branches

Hello Chetan,
you may get Mtech in mechanical branch but the category may differ like in second category.Every year VIT set the cutoff depending upon the average performance of the student and mostly till 1000 ranks get the first chance with good branches.You will surely get in chennai campus if you miss vellore campus anyhow.I hope it helped
