I got 12098 rank in comedk can I get seat in nie E and C??And when is comedk seat booking and counselling??

With this rank without HKR quota you can not expect any branch in NIE institute of technology mysore.
Last year cutoff for EC was :-3077
They will release counselling process document on 15th june.
