you should seek for another medical course....but at last its not easy ..try better next year for MBBS

No, you have less chances to get government MBBS or BDS seat. If you want you can try for paramedical courses.

There are no chances for you to get any govt seat under 15% and even under 85% quota.
I will suggest you to give exam next year and take professional guidance if required this year.

With this score the chances are less to get a seat in Gov. colleges. The chances are less also for good private colleges as well.
