With 121 marks, it seems a little difficult to qualify for the NTSE Stage 2. However, getting selected for the second stage depends on the cut off released by SCERT AP. The cut off for selection to Stage 2 of NTSE in 2018 for Andhra Pradesh was a score of 116 out of 150 for the SC category. This year the maximum marks are 200. The cut off varies each year due to various factors like competition level, difficulty level, maximum  etc. You can expect a cut off in a similar range out of 200 this year. You might have a few chances.
