Sorry to say but with the rank of 121634 in VITEEE 2019 you can't get any branch.

I suggest you to try for another entrance exam.

As this branch of VIT is new VIT doesn't officially realeased it cutoffs. Though if we look at previous year admissions any student having a rank less than 150000 can get admission in the college. Previous year cutoffs for CSE branch was around 135k so I can say you might get top branches in VIT bhopal with this rank so positively go for counseling.
