Hello, it is difficult to tell that you will be able to get CSE in Amrita but there is a very less chances of your to get admission in Amrita Coimbatore. Amrita University gives preference to state quota, ( student belonging to Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala). CSE , ECE , IT they are most preferred fields of study, so people tend to fill up the positions faster. So in my opinion it is really difficult with your rank.
