It is confirm that you will get your desired CIVIL ENGINEERING BRANCH in any of the GFTIs except IIEST Shibpur. While talking about NITs it would be better if you try in your Home state NIT. If your home state NIT is an average one then you will easily get Civil there.

Rest, you'll have to depend till some last rounds for getting Average or Lower NITs .

Yes you will get NITs on this marks but not top 10 -15 NITs,you will get civil engineering in nit patna or below College .it will hard to predict rank in jee mains 2019 but say it about under 60,000-80,000.
