I got 12342 rank in ap eamcet 2020.BCD and SVU region. can I get free seat in horticulture in SVU or in which college I may get free seat???

You have secured a high rank in the AP EAMCET entrance exam. You should know that the number of seats in horticulture in SVU is extremely limited and at this pathetic rank of yours it is going to be rather next to impossible to get enrolled in that Institute. To be part of good government Institutes of the state, the common or general rank should be atleast less than 3000. So you can understand what troubling situation you are in.
