I got 12391 rank in ap eamcet 2020.i am BCD category and SVU region. can I get free seat in horticulture in SVU university or in which college I may get free seat? and please tell can I get free seat in horticulture in first phase ?

Your rank is not that good but used and chances of getting free BSc horticulture seat.
You are chances in Andhra University and as well as dr.ysr University.
You also have good chances in SVU. Please be patient.
your rank is right at the borderline and in some colleges you may not get a free seat but would definitely get a paid seat.
