i got 12400 rank in gate. so can i get seat in ou in the stream of computer science and engineering. can anyone plzz tell me??

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as your rank in G.A.T.E is 12,400 and getting seat in O.U ( Osmania University) is very difficult as for getting seat in Osmania university is you should have rank around 4000-9000 and getting rank below that can not give you seat in Osmania university as I.I.Ts and N.I.Ts gets filled around 2500 to 3000 rank and then other colleges starts filling.
