I got 124.25 score in clat 2019 and from obc category of mp state may i get a chance for nliu bhopal?

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 100-400 in OBC category and you can easily get into any NLUs. If you have a state domicile for MP then it's even easier for you to get Bhopal. But if you're getting other top colleges like Bangalore then you can also check it out.
