I got 125 marks in Neet 2017. Percentile Score is 47.807373 .I am from OBC .Can I get any college in UP with any fees for MBBS .

it is hard to tell surely right now as the merit list of up is not disclosed.
but their are chances of getting, so I will say don't leave the hope .
