Dear Sibani, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 508

SC: 420

ST: 281

EWS Reservation falls between General Category and OBC. And there are new seats added to accomodate EWS reservation. But with a state rank of 1250, you still have a decent chance at a seat in Government Medical College.  Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
