I got 12506 rank in apeamcet. Can i get computer science engineering seat in SV University or JNTU

Both SV University and JNTU University have the required seat allotment for your rank as you have the minimum eligibility cleared required for the university.
Also you can check the other affiliated colleges which give similar facilities.
And also check whether you are eligible for scholarship and rembuirsement regarding the college admission.
