Grant Medical College is the 8th ranked medical institution in India.



With 540 marks, you probably will get into Grant Medical College, though there is no surety. If you get any lesser, however, your chances will go down though I believe you will get in. If you have state quota, then you are surely getting in based on your score.



But your class 12 aggregate is not great. And I believe they ask for a minimum of 50% aggregate in PCB. So please check that on their website and good luck.
