Scoring 126 marks in stage 2 exam is very good. You have fair chances to get selected for the scholarship. This year, it is expected that cutoff marks for OBC can range between 115-123. So you have very good chances to win the NTSE scholarship. Rest, you will come to know after the declaration of cutoff marks.

The cutoffs have not been officially released but according to few trends, it should be anywhere between 120-140. The paper was tougher this year.

So you are in the borderline case. However, your category would give you some benefit of bit lesser cutoff. The scholarships rewarded by NCERT is the aim behind NTSE, hope you'll be able to get that.
