You didn't mention your category ,so I assume that you are from open category and based on the rank you scored and taking your category into consideration you are likely to get CSE/ECE in the following colleges,
Jntu kalikiri
Sree vidyaniketan engineering college
Maharaj vijayaram gajapathi raju college of engineering
Acharya Nagarjuna university college of engineering
Vishnu institute of technology
Gmr institute of technology
G. Pullareddy engineering college
Since you are from andhra pradesh , you can get Full fee reimbursement irrespective of your category for entire four years. The government of andhra pradesh started this scheme from the year 2019. If you belong to oc then you should possess ration card for availing full fee reimbursement
