You have not scored that much good to get a government medical college and you also can't get private medical seat with this marks if you belong to general category.
You can have a private medical seat if you belong to sc/st category but it will be also expensive.
Otherwise there are also many other bright career options for a medical student like pharmacy, lab technician etc and you can go for them.

If you are from general category then you didn't even clear neet cut off marks with your marks , so you cannot get a seat in any medical college whether it's a government medical college or private medical college . Also since you failed to clear Neet cut off , you are not even eligible for doing mbbs in a foreign country.
So , I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
