Well based on the cutoffs of previous years, you can get a seat in both JNTUA and SVU (SVCE).In JNTUA, you are eligible for the Chemical, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical branches and in SVU, you are eligible for all the branches.You can visit https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/ap-eamcet-cutoff to get information regarding the branchwise cutoffs of these colleges in the previous years.

I have asked to many people and they said it's too hard to get in SVU bcoz the rank is 12706 .

I would suggest you to go through the link that I have provided where the cutoffs are available so that you can clearly understand that whether you will get SVU or not. There was a mistake form my part though that I considered SVCE(SRI VENKATESWARA COLL OF ENGINEERING) as SVU (S V U COLLEGE OF ENGG. TIRUPATHI). You are eligible for all the branches in SVCE. Now, belonging to BC-D category will be helpful for you and going by the cutoff of previous years, you indeed can get SVU and are eligible for the chemical, civil, mechanical and electrical branches.The BC-D girls cutoffs of branches in SVU in 2018 are as follows:-Chemical: 38297Civil: 15624Electrical: 16168Mechanical: 15103CSE: 4157ECE: 4335
