I hope you are doing well and good. As you mentioned your NEET score in question which is 128 marks out of 720. Which is very less score to get a seat in any government institutions as you know that you have to score atleast 50 percentile of the total. Then Cut-off marks and other factors apply.
Sorry to say but you have no chance of getting a seat in any government college.

Dear applicant, even if you are from SC Category but because of the marks you secured in NEET UG 2021, there is no hopeful chance in any government colleges of Maharashtra. If you follow the cut off trends, the minimum marks for an SC category student to take admission in Government Institutions is way too beyond than 128 marks.
