I got 129 marks in Gitam Gat test'2019 and 88% in Intermediate. Do i get a seat in Gitam, hyderabad; say in CSE or ECE streams ?

Your score and intermediate percentage are good enough for you to receive a call for CSE or ECE stream.
Although it depends on the number of candidates being selected every year. So the cutoff would vary according to that.
