There are very low chances of getting government seat in agriculture or veterinary with 12k rank but if you have farmer quota you might have chances of getting government seat.

For veterinary

Non farmer quota- general-742rank, women -627rank.

Farmer quota-general-1401rank, women-1379rank

For agriculture,

Non farmer quota- general-1852rank, women-1754rank

Farmer quota-3706rank-general, women-3426rank
