Congratulations on your performance in WBJEE. The chances of seeking admissions in regard with WBJEE rank are very less, your rank might not sufficient to get admissions in the Kalyani government college of engineering in any course, even under the defence quota. And the cutoff ranks for other institutes also go very low in WBJEE, so there are few opportunities of colleges you might explore.
