i got 1.3 Lakh CRL and 42000 obc rank can i get into any branch in nits?

Hi,
With your obc rank of 42000, chances are low of getting any of the NITs. But if you have a home state quota in any of the following NITs then you might have a chance of getting Mechanical Engineering in one of these :
• NIT Manipur
• NIT Arunachal Pradesh
(Bases on 2021 cutoff trend)
