Considering the previous year cut off it is quite difficult to get seat in NIT or GFTI in Chemical Engineering. You will have decent chances if you have secured a rank under 11000 (OBC-NCL rank) in JEE Main. As your rank is above 11,000 you do not have any chances to get seat in Chemical Engineering in NIT or GFTI. To check the previous year cut off click on the link below
