Cant say as it is not a law or a rule for NIT to fix certain criteria for final admission. However your chances seems to me a bit of 50 50 sort of. so I will suggest you to try in other institutes too.

As the admission is also dependent upon the quota and if you belong to general then the chances are very less.

Being general category, it would be a bit difficult to get into NITs with this score.

Your admission will depend on ranking you obtained and also this year cutoff, still you have some chances.

Work hard for jee Advance to get good iits
