Hello aspirant
With a score of 130, you have no chances of getting into a government or a private medical college, if we go by the previous year's cut off.
However, you have chances of getting a few deemed medical colleges. I am mentioning their names as well as their previous year's cut-off-
Sri Lakshmi Narayan Medical College, Puducherry- 108
ACS Medical College, Tamil Nadu- 112
Meenakshi Medical College- 108
Sri Balaji Medical College, Chennai- 130
Bhaarat Medical College, Chennai- 109
Please note that the cut-off varies every year depending on various factors such as the category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, number of newly opened colleges etc.
You can also use the college predictor tool to know your chances of admission in a college/course-

Hope it helps!
Dear Aspirant,
Based on previous year cutoff which were 138 marks for general category to proceed for admission process under various colleges and courses ( Note - this is just minimum qualifying marks to proceed further in admission process, this does not guaranteed a candidate to secure a seat). So for you it is almost impossible to get a seat with 130 marks in NEET. Even after excluding MBBS seats (both government and private) there's no option with this marks for other courses also. However you can try for managment quota seats or give it a try next year.
However if you want to predict your rank based on this marks you can use below provided link
