Hi,

I hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 130 marks which indeed are too less to get into a government medical college. But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, with 130 marks if you want to apply for a government seat, then i would say that sorry to won't be eligible for that!!!!

But with 130 marks you can get into a private college for BHMS. Beacuse for government medical colleges the cutoff for BHMS is near about 350+ marks for reserved category which is too high according to your score.

So, joining any private college for BHMS is a preferable choice.
