NTSE Qualifying cutoff 2019 for General and OBC category is 40%. Your chances are fair enough to qualify the first stage However,  selection for stage 2 will depend on the cutoff of Rajasthan NTSE 2019. Cutoff will be released along with the result.

You can go through the link below and check the previous year cutoff for reference. However, it should be noted that this year cutoff is expected to show much change due to change in the exam pattern.
