Hey Sweety,
For your rank you have no chances to get ECE at VNR Vignana Jyothi if you beling to OC category, if you belong to SC/ST category then you’ll get easily!

Hello ,
if we see the previous year's cutoffs the seat in the VNR institute under the ECE branch is last at 8-9k.if luck favours you may get the seat.the ranks mentioned is under oc category .all the very best for your future.
