Dear Sir / Ma'm, with this score, you have surely qualified the NEET UG 2019 and you are also eligible for the 15% All India quota counselling as well as the 85% state quota counselling of your respective state. However, with a score of 131, you would not be able to get a seat in MBBS in any governement or private medical college, unless it's a management quota seat for which the fees is usually sky-high.
