i got 131 marks in neet i am in obc Nd from Gujarat can get seat in mbbs or bds ??

Chances are less overall.
You have less chances in 15 % AIQ and state level quota.
I will suggest you to give the exam next year and prepare this year with good anf focused preparartion.
