As your rank is very good but you also belong to Schedule Caste category.so as per the resources available and analysis of previous year cutoff there seems no chance for you to get a seat in electrical engineering department in IIT BHUBANESHWAR. however the cutoff changes every year,it depends on your luck you may get a seat also in the same college.
but as per previous year cutoff it is not possible.
however,you can get a seat in metallurgical engineering.
