Each year the cutoff changes due to many factors like difficulty level,total students appearing for exam etc..so its quite tough to say if you can fetch a seat..however based on previous year analysis,rank and category we can find you possibilities into colleges.as you did not mention your catgeory considering you as GEN student,you didnot mention which branch you are willing to join.so you have chnaces to fetch seat in JNTU,VIZAG in metallurigical engineering.the cutoff was 39513.other brancheshave cutoff around 10k-12k so you have touch chances to fetch there.or more info about your chances into other colleges and branches check:
