Hello Shubham, your admission to any college in m.tech can be analysed by looking at the closing cut-offs of colleges for previous year.
Also let me tell you score card is not necessary when individual Institutes release their cut offs. (Rank is what Matters)
This link is for the cut offs of IITs and NITs for previous year in mechanical engineering:

1. Delhi Technological University, Delhi
2. College of engineering, Pune
3. RV College of engineering, Bangalore
4. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi
5. Jadavpur University, Kolkata
6. Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi
7. PSG College of technology, Coimbatore
8. BMS College of engineering, Bangalore
