Firstly, there is no provision of free medical seat by any government medical institute for any category. The cutoff and the fee for reserved categories are less compared to general, but free seat provision is not there.
Also, competition this year is relatively higher than the previous year. The qualifying marks in NEET UG 2020 for ST category is 146-113. With 133 marks, you have qualified the exam, however, you dont have chances of getting a MBBS or BDS government seat in govt or private colleges. You can try for management quota if you wish to. Unfortunately your marks are quite low, hence your chances of getting a free seat at some of the top college is very low, you would have to take a drop for the next attempt and try to score something above 450 in order to get a good seat in st category.
