I got 13336 rank [outside delhi] in ipu[ 125 bba ] with general category , can I have a chance in average collage like DME Noida.

Your rank in IPU CET for BBA is not quite well. There are many colleges affiliated to GGSIPU for BBA. So there are many average colleges you may get which are mentioned below:
