Cutoffs and ranks vary every year depending upon the number of candidates appeared for the exam and difficulty level of paper. Cutoff for AEEE 2021 has not been released yet but according to previous year's cutoff and according to your marks of 134 you may expect a rank between 3000 - 5000.

For open quota you can get Electronics and communication Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering with this rank.
For state quota you can get a seat for Computer Science Engineering as well as all other branches.
Again this is just an expected cutoff for AEEE 2021.
