The qualifying percentile for obc category is 45th percentile that is upto 133-107. You can sit in the counselling process for allotment of colleges. The state quota gives 85% reservation . It's quite difficult to predict whether you will qualify Neet 2020 or not as qualifying cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 135 marks you hold very good chance to qualify Neet examination.
For example,
107 marks was required for OBC category to qualify Neet 2019
