Hello Shankar,

With a rank of 13500 in kcet and defense quota you can easily get BSC agriculture in the top engineering colleges. Since you also belong to 3 A category admission is easily available for you for colleges which offer BSC agriculture. The fees will be reduced since you have secured a rank within 15k. Also do mention the ex defence quota in the application and have proper documents to attach during the admission.
