I got 13500 rank in OBC category in jee mains.can I have chances to get into a NIT in ECE branch in other state quota???

Your rank is very high . There is very less Chance of getting nit . You may get some lower nit like nit Hamipur , nit Nagaland , nit Mizoram etc .
