If you are from general quota then there is no chance of civil engineering in any college .

Please mention your quota too , so that we can answer better.

Please try also in private colleges as chances in government colleges are bleak.

You can get civil however or even mechanical in AMC engineering college . Please apply there , you will also get ece there according to last year cutoffs. Do you only want to do civil or you are thinking that that's the only option?
