Your score is pretty low in order to get admission in any government medical college, for both the courses. You might get admission to para medical courses in a government college, though the cut offs change every year. Anyway, you can opt a private institution, but the fees will be high. You might have cleared NEET but these are not sufficient marks for you to fetch government medical MBBS either BDS college. As you told you belong from OBC category. So you have to have Atleast 520+ marks for MBBS government medical college while for BDS you need to have 500+ marks to be on safer side. These are not sufficient marks. I hope this was helpful.
