I got 13.6 in tancet and my overall percentile score is 60.6 will i get M.arch admission in anna university Guindy campus

Unfortunately your score and percentile is not good enough to qualify for M. Arch at anna university guindy.
I would suggest you to either look for another colleges offering M. Arch or should prepar harder for the next attempt.
