i got 136 marks in icar from st category,is there any chance to get the seat

With your marks thechances of you getting a seat in icar are not high. Even from st category you need to have scored between 225 to 250 to expect a collge in icar. Howevr, I will advise you to go for the counselling procedure as to leave no stones unturned.
