i got 13678 sc rank in jee can i get any nits or iiits ????

I think you may get lower branches in new Nit's and IIIT'S . But to get seat in IIT one should clear jee advanced . This category rank is not suitable for core branches in old nit's . Also you may try to get admission in state government colleges . You may get the seat easily with your category and home state Quota .
