You got 138 marks in jee mains then your rank will be nearly 18k to 20k in my point of view.

If you belong to general category then you will have less chances to get cse in nit branches .

Top nit with cse branch you should have scored above 190 . But if you want to do in some north eastern nit's then it is easy to get into it .

If you belong to obc then you have some more better chances to get into nit with good branch.

And finally if you are sc or st you chances will be likely to increase very much.

So dont loose hopes you can get something with this marks....

138 marks is not sufficient to get admission in cs branch because you need to secure rank under 20000 and for this you have to score minimum 170+ marks.

So look for some other options with you.
