i got 13940 can i get good colleges in ap eamcet 2nd counciling ?

As of now its tough to say where you can fetch seat because the cutoff changes every year with college .but based on previous year analysis and your rank,category we can find you possibilities into colleges.yes you have good rank you have chances to fetch a seat in good colleges,as you did not mention your category consideirg you as GEN student,you can the list of colleges you can have for your rank in the branch you wana join check this:

Congratulations for scoring a good rank in the exam.You have not mentioned your caste which will not yield any accurate results.However considering general you could get chances in colleges like SWARNANDHRA COLL. OF ENGG AND TECHNOLOGY ,SRI VENKATESWARA INSTT. OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY,USHA RAMA COLLEGE OF ENGG AND TECHNOLOGY ,VIKAS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ,VIJAYA INST. OF TECHNOLOGY FOR WOMEN,VIGNAN'S INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY in almost all branch except CS and IT.You can expect CS and IT in colleges like YOGANANDA INST OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE ,YGVU YSR ENGINEERING COLLEGE,WELLFARE INST OF SCIENCE TECH AND MGMT etc.
